Ground Is Broken on Four Models at Shenandoah

Bethesda, Maryland, December 17th, 2007 -- Winchester Homes™, a leading regional builder, announced today its official entry into the active adult market. Ground has been broken on four model homes at Shenandoah, a 55 or better community in Frederick County, Virginia.
