Winchester Homes Breaks Ground On New 773 Home Community In Montgomery County.

Bethesda, MD (November 19, 2008) – Winchester Homes is pleased to announce the ground breaking of their new Poplar Run community in Montgomery County, Maryland. The groundbreaking event held on Wednesday, November 19 was attended by over 50 VIP’s and guests, and served as the official launch of the much anticipated project.
