Winchester Homes Sweeps 12 PROS Construction Awards as “Best of the Best” in the Maryland Building Industry.

Bethesda, MD (June 14, 2010) – Winchester Homes has been awarded 12 "Best of the Best" PROS Construction Awards by the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association. This is the 2nd year in a row that Winchester Homes has been recognized for outstanding work by the PROS Construction Awards. The awards ceremony was held June 1, 2010 at the Smokey Glen Farm located in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

The PROS Construction Awards are the 'Academy Awards' in the building construction field in Maryland. The category of PROS Construction Awards include best production manager, best project manager/superintendent, best land development superintendent, best customer service representatives in the field and office, best field technician and best purchasing agent/manager. All the awards were judged based on accomplishments in 2009. The Winchester Homes 2009 PROS Construction Awards winners are:

  • Gwynne Lammon - Accounts Payable
  • Kaye Stewart - Purchasing Agent/ Manager 1-20 units/yr
  • Doug Griffith - Purchasing Agent/ Manager 21-100 homes per year
  • Esad Omerhodzic - Field Technician Construction 21-40 homes per year
  • Gary Phelps - Customer Service Manager/Field 121+ homes per year
  • Jim Zollman - Project Manager 1-5 homes per year
  • JD Green - Project Manager 6-20 homes per month
  • Chad Waddell - Project Manager 21- 40 homes per year
  • Adriel Rodriguez - Project Manager 21- 40 town homes per year
  • Don Thurman - Project Manager 21- 40 towns/single family homes per year
  • Chris Kuehn - Project Superintendent 6- 20 homes per year
  • Miguel Solares - Project Manager 21- 40 single family homes per year
