Winchester Homes is ranked #1 in the 2009 New-Home Quality Study(SM) by J.D. Power and Associates
Bethesda, MD (September 18, 2009) – Winchester Homes is pleased to announce they have been ranked the #1 home builder by J.D. Power and Associates in the 2009 New-Home Quality Study(SM) for the Washington DC market. This is the second time in three years that Winchester Homes ranked highest in new home quality. In addition to being recognized for building superior quality homes, Winchester Homes also ranked in the top 5 in the J.D. Power 2009 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study(SM).
The J.D. Power 2009 New-Home Quality Study(SM), now in its third year, measures the occurrence and impact of construction problems experienced by new home owners in 24 markets. The study utilizes an index that examines the number of problems that occur, the severity of the problems and the size of the home along with covering 41 different problem categories.
