2009 Nationals Silver Award for Marketing and Design presented to Winchester Homes for Best Single Family Home.

Bethesda, MD (February 24, 2009) – Winchester Homes is proud to announce the Harrison model at the Homeport community in Edgewater, Md., near Annapolis, has won the Silver Award at the 2009 Nationals. The Nationals Awards recognize excellence in marketing and design in the home building industry. They were presented at the 28th Annual National Association of Home Builder's National Sales and Marketing Awards gala held in Las Vegas.

The Silver Award was given by the National Sales and Marketing Council and the Whirlpool Corporation to Winchester Homes and Pinnacle Design. The honor recognized the excellence in marketing and design of the Harrison model at Homeport as being the 'Best Single Family Detached Home Priced $850,000 to $1.5 million'. The award was presented after an extensive three-day judging process where a panel of seven industry professionals from across the country selected the winners. Winchester Homes’ Harrison model was chosen for the Silver Award from a field of over 800 entries.
