- From the point of purchase agreement, it takes approximately 9-10 months to build each home. A more accurate date will be given to you once your purchase agreement has been finalized.
- In an effort to promote fairness we have developed an E-mail notification system to announce homesite releases to interested buyers. The timing of each E-mail notification will vary, as they are not scheduled. The time in which they are received will also fluctuate due to circumstances out of our control, such as unforeseen Internet problems. Filters, junk mail folders and spam software may interfere with receiving messages as well. Adding the community's E-mail address to your address book may help to decrease the likelihood of filtered notifications. Purchase agreements may be submitted for homesites announced through this notification system at the time and location announced in the message. All purchase agreements must be submitted in accordance with Winchester Homes' standard practices and procedures together with the required deposit. To subscribe to these E-mail notifications, please follow these directions:
1. Go to the home page of our website.
2. Click on the the "SIGN UP FOR EMAIL UPDATES" box.
3. So that we may better serve your needs, please provide your email address, first name, last name and postal code.
4. Click on the check box next to the communities of interest.
5. Finally, click on the "Submit" button once you have completed the information you want to provide us with.

This notification system will announce homesite releases to interested buyers. We do not, however, provide homesite release information prior to an email release notification.
In order to obtain the most up-to-date information, please contact the community you are interested in. To receive future homesite release information, please register for our Email Updates Program. Sign up box is located on the upper right hand side of this page.
- We have a Realty Partners program that compensates your agent when they help you purchase your home. In order for your agent to receive their rewards, they must register with the Community Sales Manager prior to the homesite release. You will also need to indicate their name on your guest registration card. Please see your Community Sales Manager for complete details.
