- From the point of purchase agreement, it takes approximately 9-10 months to build each home. A more accurate date will be given to you once your purchase agreement has been finalized.
- In an effort to promote fairness we have developed an E-mail notification system to announce homesite releases to interested buyers. The timing of each E-mail notification will vary, as they are not scheduled. The time in which they are received will also fluctuate due to circumstances out of our control, such as unforeseen Internet problems. Filters, junk mail folders and spam software may interfere with receiving messages as well. Adding the community's E-mail address to your address book may help to decrease the likelihood of filtered notifications. Purchase agreements may be submitted for homesites announced through this notification system at the time and location announced in the message. All purchase agreements must be submitted in accordance with Winchester Homes' standard practices and procedures together with the required deposit. To subscribe to these E-mail notifications, please follow these directions:
1. Go to the home page of our website.
2. Type your e-mail address in the "Sign Up For EMAIL UPDATES" box and click the "Go" button.
3. So that we may better serve your needs, please provide your first, last name and mailing address.
4. Click on the "Receive Email?" check box for the communities of interest.
5. Finally, click on the "Sign Up" button once you have completed the information you want to provide us with.
