| Q: What can you tell me about your E-mail Notification System? |
In an effort to promote fairness we have developed an E-mail notification system to announce homesite releases to interested buyers. The timing of each E-mail notification will vary, as they are not scheduled. The time in which they are received will also fluctuate due to circumstances out of our control, such as unforeseen Internet problems. Filters, junk mail folders and spam software may interfere with receiving messages as well. Adding the community's E-mail address to your address book may help to decrease the likelihood of filtered notifications. Purchase agreements may be submitted for homesites announced through this notification system at the time and location announced in the message. All purchase agreements must be submitted in accordance with Winchester Homes' standard practices and procedures together with the required deposit. To subscribe to these E-mail notifications, please follow these directions:
- Go to the home page of our website.
- Type your e-mail address in the "Email Signup" box and click the "Sign Up" button.
- So that we may better serve your needs, please provide your first, last name and mailing address.
- Click on the "Receive Email?" check box for the communities of interest.
- Finally, click on the "Submit" button once you have completed the information you want to provide us with.

For your privacy and protection, the system is set up to allow you to manage your own notification requests. To un-subscribe from an E-mail notification, please follow these directions:
- Go to the home page of Winchester Homes' web site.
- Enter your email address in the "Email Signup" text box and click the "Sign Up" button.
- Click in the "Receive Email" box to remove the check mark.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
You will no longer receive E-mail notifications from us regarding your unchecked communities. You can also edit your name & address or click on the "click here to remove yourself from all of our web site email lists" link.
There is also a "Click here to unsubscribe or change your email preferences." link at the bottom of each email Winchester sends you. Simply click on the link & follow steps 3 & 4 above.

| Q: Working with a Real Estate Agent |
We have a Realty Partners program that compensates your agent when they help you purchase your home. In order for your agent to receive their rewards, they must register with the Community Sales Manager prior to the homesite release. You will also need to indicate their name on your guest registration card. Please see your Community Sales Manager for complete details.

From the point of purchase agreement, it takes approximately 9-10 months to build each home. A more accurate date will be given to you once your purchase agreement has been finalized.
