How do I become a Realty Partner?

Becoming a Realty Partner is easy. Simply sell your first Winchester home and you will begin enjoying the benefits of our program immediately.

Benefits of our program include:

• Realty Partners earn a commission of 3% on the total sales price (not just the base price). This commission will be paid directly to the broker at settlement. Any additional commission arrangements are between you and your client outside of the Winchester Homes™ purchase agreement and settlement.
• Realty Partners are reimbursed at settlement up to 1% for qualified Relocation Referrals. This does not include agent-to-agent or broker-to-broker referrals. A Relocation contract and/or commission agreement must be provided to the Community Sales Manager at contract in order for us to recognize any Relocation reimbursements at settlement.
• Realty Partners receive "e-mmediate realty agent communications" once they provide Winchester Homes™ with their e-mail address. These communications will consist of inventory and model homes for sale, new community openings, new model openings and homesite releases.

Winchester Homes™ has the right to terminate, suspend or modify its Realty Partners reward program at any time without notice.
