Jeff brings us 25 years of project management experience in both residential and commercial construction, including 9 years at Winchester. He says he enjoys all major redesigns, no matter what part of the home, "because it's challenging and allows you to see what’s important in the customer’s life."
Jeff's most memorable project was a redesign of a St. Andrews model in the Glen Haven community. The owners, a couple with two kids in college, wanted to design the first floor to closely resemble their previous home. They also wanted unique living space in the lower level for their kids to enjoy when they came home during summer and winter breaks. "They were a pleasure to work with," Jeff recalls. "I felt I had truly designed a home that they would still be happy to live in when they came to their retirement years."
