Riley - YHYW Designer
Riley has been with Winchester for five years and has more than 25 years experience in new home design, construction and remodeling and an architecture degree from the University of Michigan.
Riley's favorite room to create is the Lower Level because "it affords the most opportunity for the creative use of space."
His most memorable YHYW assignment was the expansion of a Garrett model to accommodate a multigenerational family. The lower level was designed as a private "apartment" for the parents allowing the entire family to live under one roof, yet have private spaces for the owners as well as their parents and children.
