  • Sales & Office employees conducted an additional 1,240 activities in 2011, including safety observations, near miss reporting, safety committee meetings, wellness activities, field and office inspections, etc.
  • Participation in required training was at an all-time high with an average 96% participation!
  • The production team conducted over 600 tool box talks, nearly 700 field inspections and wrote 175 violations, while sending more than 1 dozen crews home during our busiest time of the year.

  • Several Winchester subcontractors were hurt in 2011. Their injuries are painful reminders of why we focus on safety. The standards, practices, initiatives, and training are designed to create a culture where everyone goes home to their families in one piece. We will continue to focus on activities that build this culture.
